Launched in 2009 by two battle-hardened business veterans, we’re now a fully-resourced team of Troubleshooters.
You are in pain and frustrated – we know. We have the scars on our backs, the miles on the clock and are ready to jump in and pull you out of that storm.
It’s all about execution, getting things done. Fixing trouble so it stays fixed. We know it, you know it.
We see our task as liberating the city under siege. Get in, identify the trouble, lock, load and shoot. Repair the infrastructure so it starts working like it should and your pain and frustration are eased.
Then we get the hell out of there and head to the next battle zone.

Meet the Team
Fergus Doyle
Very process and systems driven. Before Business Troubleshooting, much of his experience was in the bearpit of the electronics manufacturing sector in Silicon Valley. His key strengths include organisational change, strategic development and implementing lean (and mean) practices.
The straight talker
Alan Jordan
Has borne arms in many different arenas and wearing a number of hats: Sales Director, Operations Director, Business Owner and Country Manager. In each he demonstrated his gift for navigating effortlessly through complex challenges. Don’t let his easy-going demeanour mislead you, he’s raised hell in more than a few places.
Niamh Farrell
Being the only female in the company, Niamh likes to have her say and be listened to (which of course happens 100% of the time!!). She has over 20 years experience in Marketing and managing Marketing teams and looks after the Business Development and Marketing areas for the Business Troubleshooters.
Milo Breen
Milo’s experience is rooted in the Trenches in the printing, packaging and clothing sectors – he is an operations guy who prefers to get involved to find out the facts and figures rather than reading reports. Nothing gets past Milo – he has a keen eye for spotting issues and coming up with solutions before anybody else has even noticed. Has been called (quietly obviously) a Silent Assassin!
Kevin Doyle
Kevin crunches the numbers for the Business Troubleshooters, that is the online numbers. Online is a key element for any Business and Kevin has his finger on the “digital pulse” at all times. Kevin is a people person and talks people’s language – there is never any ambiguity with Kevin.
