[vc_row ct_row_stretch=””][vc_column][vc_column_text]Now more than ever you need to stay close to your customer.

Your actions towards them will either build a bond or damage your business.

With these stringent controls that we are forced to comply with, your Customers now have challenges that only a few weeks back were not needed, or not even thought about.

Even with our limited mobility we have the ability to communicate, solve a problem when there is no PO involved.

As strange as it may sound, while business models are probably changing for you they are also changing for your Customers, therein lies opportunity.

Things you can do today:

  • Pick up the phone, Zoom, or whatever comms tool/platform you are using
  • Call your top customers
  • In those conversations do less selling and more helping
  • Do more listening and less talking
  • Solve a problem they have now, and you’ll have a customer for life
